Product offers are valid only for purchases from our online store and not from our store location.

Once we receive your order, we will make sure to start the shipping procedures on the morning of the next business day, which in cases of small packages is done with Courier partner company (with some exceptions shipped with partner agency and concern electric pianos, heavy harmonicas and synthesizers).

The shipping cost for orders under €300.00 is €10 + VAT. For orders over €300.00 shipping is free.

In cases of hard-to-reach areas, free shipping may not be available and the company must inform the customer before shipping the products.

The above orders are delivered by the transport company to the customer's home and there is no obligation of the carrier to deliver the product to a floor. In cases of hard-to-reach areas, it may not be possible to deliver to the customer's place, therefore the customer is asked to pick up from the nearest service point of the transport company, or the courier company.

Exceptions are classical pianos (upright and grand) and electric grand pianos, where the transportation cost is calculated (only for Athens and Thessaloniki sales) when purchasing the product. The transfer and the cost of transfer of the above to most prefectures of mainland Greece is done after consultation with the customer. The price may be particularly high in island Greece or in border areas. In all cases, we transport the piano to an Athens agency of your choice, without any financial burden.

The usual arrival time of ready-to-deliver products in most areas of Greece is 1 to 3 working days from the next working day of the order.

In cases where an order will be made from abroad, then approximately 20-25 days are required.

In cases where the products you ordered are not available, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you will agree on the new delivery time you will have to reply to us if you want your order to remain active. Under no circumstances will your credit card be charged if the product is not available and ready to ship.

www.PianoShop.gr bears no responsibility for any delay or damage caused after the order has been shipped. Therefore, please check the product you received immediately, so that in case of damage we can claim legal compensation from the carrier.

The product warranty is provided by the manufacturer and the corresponding Greek representative office. In the case of our own imports, you will have a warranty directly from us, which will be stated on the product page. In any case of using the guarantee, you will first inform the store by e-mail and then you will be given the appropriate instructions.

Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a damaged or battered product or a proven product of a different type than the one you ordered.
